Phil Clarke thinks the goons will pick Leeds regardless because they want reveng for the cc semi , with most teams I'd say that's nonsense but with the ape and his ego anything is possible. I hope they pick them and Leeds stuff em

To be fair to the apeman he's a but stuffed whatever he does as I reckon either Leeds or Warrington will win at the Piedome next week - Wigan really needed to be able to pick either us or Cats to have a better than evens chance of making the final.

He was limping coming onto the pitch. Was nowhere near fit and wouldnt cause much impact? Used him as a last resort.

On the subject of next week, I don't really fear Leeds or Warrington based on this weekends games. Warrington miss Ben Westwood big time!

Wigan will definitely pick Leeds they have a real incentive to win after the CC semi final capitulation so should have no problem being up for the game.

That leaves Sts V Wire, can Sts repeat the last performance and go on to play Wigan at Old Trafford. I think so, Sts have been under the radar for large parts of the season but are finishing as a form team.

I agree Leeds are arrogant. you know you'd think Wire sticking 30+ points on them at Wembley twice in three years would end it.
