If they're losing £100k a month as reported, any buyer would need £ 400 k to get to the end of the season, that's not likely is it? Unless they sack/sell all their players, but then they couldn't compete anyway

I think that not expunging the results is a very unfair situation.

What about the scenario that players can walk away and the playing roster is nothing better than a championship club, doesn't this give an unfair advantage to future opponents?

But that is with their current cost base. If they liquidate all contracts are null and void and they can bid for their own players again along with everyone else. Mid season they maybe able to offer lower contracts as other clubs are already at Cap or spending as much as they dare. Not to mention being full on the quota. Also season tickets are null and void so anyone coming to a match pays.

It's not a silver bullet but if you can negotiate down some contracts by thousands each it will all add up.

There's no ideal answer though, if Bradford disappeared then those teams that have yet to play them get a week off, were we and others don't, that's not fair either

It's not fair as they are supposed to be a new company, but they are keeping the old companies benefits but none of it's costs. Could not give a hoot about whether it's fair on other clubs, don't really care about the results staying with other clubs, we lost fair and square. But surely Bradford should not keep all their points.

They will be docked 6 points which will end their top 8 hopes. The real pain will come when they lose their franchise status and are relegated. This season, they are simply a lame duck, there to provide opposition to clubs still in the Super League. Next season, they will be in a lower league. Maybe they should link up with Rangers, they are both complete basket cases.
