Josh Jones - probably will be fighting it out with Wheeler to be our starting centre I'd say, unless Brown has other plans with Wheeler.

Carl Forster - looks a big lad and has a lot of potential, but let's not get carried away yet

Given that his try scoring average is far ahead of Tom Makinson's (not to mention his kicking), it's a hell of a disguise.

Great move for me . Forster has looked pretty good and will improve with age as most props do. Jones looks like our best option at left centre now, move to first team doesn't seem to have phased him at all, his defence is solid and he looks strong in the tackle. He is the first natural centre we'v had playing at 4 since Talau

I think there was some big hope for Wheeler to be the golden player, but I think actually the injuries helped him in that regard as people only saw him in short spells and it lead us all to beleive that there was more to come if only he got a run of games.

At the moment the run of games has not helped him, cement a spot, I would not be too quick to judge and he still has a long contract to make a name for himself, but the talent seams to have been clouded by other aspects to his game that where not exposed in those short spells. ie his defensive duties.

I can't see Wheeler getting into the halves at Saints anytime soon though, so fighting it out with Jones for Centre will probably be the most he can hope for in this contract period.

The problem he has is he is a 6 playing out of position and especially in defence it shows. I'd like to see how he'd go with a run of games at 6 but as he's behind the overpaid fullback and a talented youngster like Gaskell it's unlikely to happen (baring injury).

Wheeler started well this season but, as usual, dropped out of the side due to injury around when the coaching staff changed and we started to enjoy a decent run. He then returned just in time to see us get boosted twice by our derby rivals and for the dirt slinging amongst the fans to start.

If we had to take on Bradford with a centre partnership of Jones and Wheeler, I'd be happy enough.
