I don't think that's the case, in all the games I've seen jammer play this year he's bee used as a impact player off the bench and it's working. The whole team team lifted and so did the game when jammer came on.
It's not a case these days of the bench players not being as good as the stsrting 13 as its a 17 man game these days (or 16 man game if your names royce).
Graham was a very good impact player for us early in his career along with maurie and roby who was also on our bench.
