Should the Hemmings English Dictionary now have the definition of "Doing a Saints" changed from "a miraculous excape from the jaws of defeat" to "chucking away a match winning lead when their opponents are on the floor"?

As much as I enjoyed watching the game (and the result) last night , no way is the season over for the Saints .
Every team has bad nights . Saints had one last night in a very entertaining game from a neutral point of view .
At halftime I was expecting Saints to come back out and smash Les Cats to pieces . Unfortunately for you lot the ref switched alliance and went in favour of the frogs . Even the most ardent of Saints fans must admit to the ref hammering the Cats in the first half . His performance was embarrassing , especially the 'knock on' that was repeated in the final seconds but ok'd by one-eyed Ganson .
You played well and had a lot of luck . You had the Cats by the bags first half , but you should have kept squeezing for another 40 mins .
Top 4 finish and maybe a Wembley trip (v us ) for you lot this year . Possibility of an OT win for you (v Cats) if we don't get there too .

Best wishes for the rest of the season (apart from when we meet) , and don't be worrying too much about the odd bad result . It ain't the end of the world .

I don't think he did in all honesty, I think the players did.

Without wanting to get libellous, I believe there are some players who aren't happy with Royce's coaching.

How well founded is that? Cause there is a bloke my way who believes that walls are talking to him.

It's fairly reliable, the person who told me hasn't let me down with much so far.

It's only 4 weeks in so it's hard to say, but if some players aren't happy then it certainly needs looking at.

Its surprising as soon as a few wins come around then all at a club forget any 'differences' and everything becomes rosy again.

There always are. Usually senior players who think they know best. Like Wello maybe or Wilkin, neither of whom are impressing anyone at the moment? Or indeed any of our lazy forwards who can't be bothered tracking back to cover in defence?

Remember, some players didn't like Potter either and in fact, some people on here posted earnestly, they gave up following Potter's coaching and just took it upon themselves to play.

Saints fans are always the same. We play badly and out comes the 'my friend's friend's left buttock told me' stories, and all of them are reliable!
