Wigan fans will tell you that Fielden had a very good season for them last year, and Cloughy matches up to him stat wise.

Almost identical tackles per game and metres per carry but with Cloughy missing fewer tackles, making three times fewer errors and giving away half as many penalties.

He's a tremendous prop IMO, a real quality player to have around the squad.

So pleased with that squad. Would love all of them to be 100% fit as well and if so, I think we've got a huge chance. Agree entirely with FTV's team selection as well. Clough back is a massive bonus as long as he is up to speed which the reserve run out should have given him.

Being named in a squad doesn't mean you are 100% fit, we need to bear that in mind.

I'm told all will play, the only question mark being over Jammer. However, the bulging disc is back in place but he is still having a few back spasms. The medical team are confident he'll be ready to go on Saturday.

Graham my force Royce's hand with props on the bench too.

If Graham is realistically only up to 50-55mins instead of 65+ as usual then we may be forced to start with 2 on the bench to rotate better.

Strong sentiments, which I would be inclined to agree with. However, it won't happen. I'd have him on the bench over Gaskell personally, more utility value and experience.

No way will wellens not play Last week he was MOM in the papers. We need him for his positioning and his rugby brain.
