Predominately a loose forward? Will this mean we will see more of TP as a prop next year? Doubt we will sign anyone else now, unless the Euromillions winners are Saints fans.
Soliola, Wilkin, Flannery, Flanagan, Magennis, Ashurst and Dixon
Possibly Pryce may stay but looking increasingly unlikely.
My big worry is that 4 of our 6 props are, by trade, second rowers. I suppose we always knew Cloughy would end up at prop but Magennis, Laffranchi and TP will all be playing prop despite it not being their natural position. If we added James Graham to that squad or Paul Anderson 2005/2006 I'd be over the moon. Alas, I think we're a big machine short, especially with the injury doubts over Perry.
I was thinking more along the lines of the older guys wanting a decent retirement pot
Maybe the older, more experienced guys command more wedge. They also got in there first. Maybe there just isn't room in the budget for 3 years. Maybe the scope will change in a couple of years.

Good signing. You've just got yourself another Lee Gilmour type player.
No he's not got Gilmours pace. He is more of a Flannery, very solid defender, not spectacular. Bryn Hargreaves type but as a back rower. That should keep Ski happy.

No one will ever be Bryn. Beautiful, beautiful man.
