Possibly, but at the same time you can't hold the clubs responsible for everything these lads get up to out of hours. Aspinwall is nearly 30 years old and won't be on a stellar wage. He's only got himself to blame if he's scrapping in pubs and engaging in car chases at that age.
Ultimately, Super League is made up of 14 clubs, each of which has a squad of around 25 1st team players. That's around 350 young men. I reckon if you took that many young lads from any walk of life and monitored their behaviour you'd see just as much stupidity as you do in our game.
