I'm not sure on the shouting at players for making mistakes that James Graham is doing this year, that is not the actions of a great captain.
A good captain should know how each player responds, some need a good telling off where some need a arm round them or pat on the back and told to keep your chin up. I think Graham only knows one way.
Your correct, James Graham ain't perfect and does make mistakes like at hull when his mistakes cost us two tries.
