I've never seen scores like that in one round of the challenge cup. The gap between super league and championship sides are as big ever.
And what about the Fax -v- Bradford score, the Batley (with 12 men) -v- Hudds score and the Leigh -v- Dragons score? They were all close scorelines.
It's been a good while since there have been so few Championship -v- Championship matches in this round, which is possibly where you are getting your impression from. In recent years there have always been a few SL only matchups and Championship only matchups to keep scorelines reasonable.
And remember, some of those teams were Championship ONE teams, with the gap being even bigger.
