He's just grabbed the Index player of the week for the third week this season. The man is a machine. Lomax and someone else in the Index team of the week from Saints too. Can't remember who the other player is!

Cunningham was obviously a huge influence on your side but from an outsider looking in it seems that him retiring as allowed Roby the minutes he needs to kick on to another level.

all this thread needs now is Rogues to appear to tell us all how cr@p Roby is ... especially compares to McIlorum

If he keeps going the way he is I can see him walking the MoS award ... long way to go yet though

Anybody who has played the Super League Dream Team will know the value of Roby - he has accumulated almost double points to every other player in the comp!

I`m waiting for Rogues to come on and tell us Roby is a lifelong Wigan fan and comes from Wigan and was let go as not being good enough for Wigan (like half the Academy squad apparently)( joking Rogues !!)

Well he's already written him off numerous times as just a "scooter hooker" so I doubt he's too interested in claiming him. McIlorum is the England 9 for years to come apparently.

James Roby best player in SL by amile and then some.
That said, MoS not nailed on. A little competition maybe from one Rangi Chase, if Cas keep up their early season promise.
