Taking your comment seriously (which may be foolish) ... There is nothing sad about that local landmark ending! So long as it doesn't hurt anyone, it could burn to the ground for all I care. It's been an eyesore for years. Glad it's finally being demolished!

As far as I know it is empty, it is due to be demolished within the next few months.

I could see it from my house. It had look of the World Trade Centre when that was burning.

Thank god there was no gas in it.
