Let him go , save us some cash and let the young lads we have fight it out for a spot on the wing - Lomax & Wheeler especially - neither will be wingers in the long term but first team experience will be a massive boost for them.

All the best to Meli.

About time people got off his back and supported the lad, he put in some fine performances last year.

He's one of these players who only has to do something and then people are onto him in a flash and giving him a bollocking.

Get behind the lad and support him instead of going with trends just because it's cool because that's what the clique is doing or what the lad infront of you is doing and he's bigger than you so you don't want to upset him.

Its not about being cool, its about an otherwise good winger who has brainfarts at the worst possible moments that cost us the biggest of big games, if he cant take the heat, he should get out of the kitchen

Correct me if i*m wrong,but did*nt he do the same thing last season?Go home just before the start and had trouble getting back in due to Visa problems,,,?...Or have i got the wrong bloke?

I can't imagine why the club would have signed him to a contract that expired two months into a season. Much more likely to expire after the season has ended?
