What are we going to do with Savelio?
Obvious talent, but used VERY sparingly this season. Is that down to the problems he had last year with illness? Is it down to fitness problems?

If he gats over these issues (whatever they are), could he be the "new" prop that so many are demanding for next season?

Back to Greenwood, good news I say. Sav apart, he's certainly the hardest to handle of our young forwards.

You've got to remember he made his debut this year so unless he burst onto the scene like a young Paul Sculthorpe or Keiron Cunningham he was never going to play more than half a dozen 1st team games.

I imagine like Percival this season, he will feature more next season with a full pre season behind him.

Oh and good news on Greenwood. He's definitely improved this season to last season, although he's still very much a work in progress. Of all the younger players he's probably the smartest in terms of knowing which line to hit and the timing of when to hit the line.

Personally, I don't think the aim is to bring Savelio through as a prop - however, we are pretty bad at bringing through barn storming second rowers as a country (just look at the current second row options for england!) and were airing on the side of caution. I expect well see more of him next year, with a couple of appearances in the second row, and then mostly in the second row the year after.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the aim was to replace Vea with Savelio, with Richards, Thompson and Ghostmont stepping in to boofs role next year

Some have questioned his lateral mobility, though, which could be a major reason to move him to prop.

Aye, he looks a prop to me.
