We really need a win on Friday, we cannot really go into the Leeds game on the back of 5 consecutive defeats! We need a win just to give ourselves a bit of confidence. That is depressing reading... Seems like Widnes have their own injury problems: Rhys Hanbury, Willie Isa, Ben Cross and Patrick Ah Van all injured. I think we'll go okay on Friday. We really need to pick up the points as it's likely to be slim pickings for the following few weeks.

Swift may play, his injury was just a dead leg wasn't it? What about Manu too? Sure he's probably the next one to regain fitness?

I see everyone is a bit more confident that Laffranchi will 2nd row from now on.

Another deft slight of hand from Brown. Using injuries to move the players into better roles.

Let's see if he plays there again first. Brown has been chopping and changing constantly all season.

That's what I'd like to see. No doubt Wellens will be in for Hand, though with Greenwood onto the bench and Jones to second row, then that's what I think we'll see.
