I think this is a really good piece on James Graham by Andy Wilson of the Gruniad Tomorrow it's Jammer's last stand on these shores and I'm not gonna be there coz I can't afford to go. But I hope he finds himself on the winning side, for once, and that he has a fine time down under. We're going to miss him big time next season.

I'll also miss him in our game, strops and all. He always gives 100% and that's all you can ask from any player. As I've always said there needs to be a way of keeping our elite players over here and in RL to make our game stronger. Hopefully this £100K will be just a start.

I'm not sure the £100k would have kept Jammer here (although had the cap amendment been brought in in time to allow ALL teams to benefit, we'd at least have had a chance to find out), he wanted to test himself against the best and the NRL is the place to do it.

Much rather our elite move to the NRL than to the dark side, all for the greater good of England RL I suppose.

i hope he goes over to oz and proves himself..... he has been the best prop in England for the last 5 years.

i don't think he has it in him to fail....

I'd have borrowed you the money to and could have paid me back during the course of the season. I agree, we will miss him big time and it's going to take all the forwards to go up a gear to compensate for the loss of his overall work rate.

Did you see him shake hands with McBanana after the game, on the pitch?

Lip reading, it looked as though the word "Sorry" came out of his mouth. I think that sums him up, his passion to win for club and country is legen....wait for it...dary.

Going forward, he's immense, and what about that tackle back on Thurston (i think) after they'd made a break in the 1st half?

Go Jammer, and cover yourself in glory (and sun cream) in Australia.
