I worry about this. A lot of those I've spoken to who (for whatever reason) haven't travelled to Widnes this year, tell me they're unlikely to go to the GF because they have not 'earned it' through not attending games.
The sentiment is ok, but if it leads to a load of empty seats, I'd much rather have the glory hunters turn up.
We were low on fans last year because, let's face it, going for years on the bounce without winning isn't the way to attract fans. However, I don't care whether we sell out or not personally. All I care about is that this time we win the bloody thing!
