Bit out of order if you ask me. He may be a Wiganer but he's still playng for England and should be supported.

I know he's a bit of a sly player but is he really that hated? I cant really recall off the top of my head an England/GB player getting stick like that before

They booed Shenton just as well because he didn't pass to Hall. I think that they were booing Tomkins because he didn't pass to Hall too when he was running wide with the ball.

You're just as bad for calling him a 'rat'.

And as for sly he isn't, skilful yes. A thinly veiled attempt to get a dig by yourself?

nah they were booing him and cheered when he got dumped, personally I hope it's just Leeds fans.

Booing Tomkins was uncalled for.

All it will cause is Wigan fans to boo Leeds players when they play at Wigan.

Personally think its high time these type fixtures were moved away from Headingley.
The stadium is way below standard and if the Leeds fans cant get beyond their parochial attitude then it should be played in
Huddersfield or Wigan.

You mean he cheats? So holding a players arm in an attempt to get a penalty isn't illegal?
