Apart from Wheeler, the line up is the same as against Wigan so far as I can see. But if Wello is playing on an ankle injury then we may lose him again. But then again, we may lose someone completely different!
I suspect there are going to be a lot of injections going around come Monday morning!

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Could be Wellens has been included without any real prospect of being played. If we only have 17 fit players then add 2 others that are out maybe the easy option, rather than having to make a quick decision over an 18 year olds fitness to be picked.
I reckon
28. Tommy Makinson, 2. Ade Gardner, 3. Michael Shenton, 5. Francis Meli, 22. Jamie Foster, 20. Jonny Lomax, 14. Scott Moore,
15. LMS 9. James Roby, 10. James Graham, 4. Sia Soliola 12. Jon Wilkin, 11. Tony Puletua,
18. Matty Ashurst, 19. Andrew Dixon, 21. Shaun Magennis, 24. Tom Armstrong,

However, I've just noticed that Josh Jones has acquired the no.30 shirt in the first team. He's been training with the first team on a part-time basis. He can play wing and stand off, among other positions. Maybe he's going to get his debut?

I don't think Jones will play, he played for Saints U20's at Orrell today.

Why not? If first team players can play two matches in three days, so can someone in the u20s. He's got the shirt and he didn't have one yesterday, so I assume he's at least in reserve.

If he was going to play, then he wouldn't have been risked in the U20's. Wigan didn't play King, Tuson or Goulding today.
