Out of necessity apparently. Percy & Dawson coming back from injuries but significantly a few players suffering from illness flu like symptoms in days before game.

I blame the shutting of beecham's on this flu like symptom.

i think he was waiting to see how Dawson got on with the bombs on the wing. Fleming looks more solid under the high ball to me. As it happened he didn't really have to deal with anything so there was no need to shuffle the backs.

Charnock had flu. That's why he wasn't on the bench.

If we have some players who are 50/50 in the back line then we needed a back on the bench. No point throwing him on for no reason just to justify his selection.



We really need some more flexible players like Josh Jones so we can move some forwards into the backline in future. Having LMS at centre just doesn't cut it.
