Foot in touch : Sun Oct 05, 2014 11:31 am
The law states that if a foot or any part of the body is in contact or over the touch line and the ball is played it is deemed to be in touch. Now a wigin supporter is trying to convince me that taking the ball on the full with a foot over the dead ball line is not the same rule if it is over the touch line. He reckons that if a defending player takes a ball on the full from a kick from an attacking player with his foot over the touch line the scrum will go to the attacking side. I say it will be ball back head and feed to the team who caught the ball. What say you.
