Dawson has done well this season, and I have been pleasantly surprised, but I had a low base to begin! He's better than average, but I'd rather reintroduce McDonnell gently on the wing. COYS!!

To be fair, we should give McDonnell a game this weekend as he'll need minutes if we pick up any more knocks.

I think if we are going with turner and wheeler in the halves then McDonnell must play FB IMO. We need someone a bit more direct and threatening with the ball.

If McDonnell is to play I would adopt a similar system to Salford with Locke and Evalds and have him swap with Wellens. Not a fan of having a back on the bench but even less so of Wellens anywhere other than fullback.
