If our injury situation this season is anything to go by he's probably safer doing his conditioning with Whitehaven!

I personally dont rate either of them but squad depth is vital i suppose.

When you say you don't rate them, in comparison to what???

In comparison to a Derek Mcvee. Or in comparison to an early Edmondson, Stankovich.

I think it's the top end players who have been rating poorly, some of the newer lads have punch way above.

The longer term loan for Hand is, I think, a good move. I've heard some good reports of his permormances for Whitehaven so it'll be good for him to continue.

as far as i know mate he trains with saints full time and comes up to haven to train fri and sat

Hand hasn't played enough to be judged yet, but if he's got a new deal, Brown obviously sees something in him.

Very interesting quote from Brown they are natural players not manufactured. I like that statement perhaps he is saying he wants to go away from second rowers who double up in the centre I think we can only applaud this, however we need a couple to come off we cant keep having the Ashurst Dixon Dean scenarios
