This is like being told it's Christmas, but that you've got to work a 12 hour shift.
Whilst it's an absolute blessing to have the corpse finally removed from the field and actually play a few games with 13 players rather than 12, the timing of it isn't exactly ideal. In fact, this happening now, when Saints are in a complete and utter shambles in most areas of the pitch, could make my assertion that Wello is absolutely terrible look a bit silly.
Whilst I have no doubt that I am right and he is terrible, it would have been better if this happened when the side was in form, particularly in attack. Whoever plays fullback will improve our attack, but it's in a side that is struggling. It wouldn't surprise me if we got slaughtered by Bradford at the weekend.
Have some courage in your convictions, Saddo. Sure this isn't one of those generally open ended statements you make where you can claim to be right no matter what happens, but this weekend we're playing a Bradford side with only 17 fit players, 3 of whom are hookers apparently.
We have improved slightly each week, so there is a chance that our forwards will lay enough of a platform for our backs to have some freedom, no matter how dissapointing the season opening has been.
If we're on the front foot and have either Lomax or Makinson joining the line out wide, it will cause all sorts of problems.
