like it says on the tin http://www.saintsrlfc.com/news/page/1728 Could this mean the capacty has been increased and a full safety certificate has been given? Either way if you can get to most matches you might as well get one to avoid being in the east stand most of the season

Interesting. Is the West stand season ticket holders only at present???

I doubt 100 extra in the west stand means we are at capacity. Capacity was reduced to 17,200 that 400 at either end, as the seats would not need to be reduced.

I think the west stand will end up as season tickets only, good for the club, bad for the casual fan

Cheers I was considering turning up on Friday. Not sure about the paying on the day routine. Had a ticket last time, but this time if I do go it will be a last minute decision so can't buy in advance.

£225 for an adult, £140 for consessions and £35 for kids is a freakin bargain

Got mine this morning, Saints have also agreed to give me a refund for the Catalan ticket I had bought previously

You don't need to. There are cash turnstiles this time. Which ones they are can be found on the Saints website.

The casual fans can stand in the East Stand, very few away sides are going to fill that end. The unreserved seated areas are also there for the casual fans, if anything the club is making too much of an effort to accommodate them.

Increasing the benefits to being a season ticket holder, like being able to stand/sit were you want to guaranteed, will help keep out season ticket sales high for years to come.
