To be fair both would struggle to make the bench currently. Pack wise we are about as strong as we are going to be until Clough comes back from injury.
The last 2 weeks it's been more about a full 80 minutes performance rather than personel.
Against Wigan the pack where shocking for the opening half, against Wire our backs let the side down a bit.
If we can string a consistent performance together for the full 80 at the intensity we played in patches against Wigan and Wire. Then without sounding cocky I think we should have enough to match Hull. It will still be a close game, no more than 12 in it for me, but if we given another of our famous headstarts this season then it's anyones game.
I think this year we must have the head start record for the season, otherwise known as the worst 1st half defence of the league. For some reason once Royce has slapped them all silly at half time, the defence tightens up.
MAybe he should give his half time speach before the game and just tape it and press replay during the break.
