What a difference a few weeks makes.

What seemed like a very wobbly start to the season suddenly looks quite good. Particularly when you look at who we've played.

Having written off our chances of silverware before the season started I'm now looking at the other contenders and thinking they're all beatable.

I have no idea who'll be winning what this year and that's quite nice.

Seriously.... I agree with you, after the dissapointment of being trophyless for a couple of years, the emotion of the Eastmond saga and the desperate loss of faith following the no-show against Quins, I'm all of a sudden loving my rugby again.

Good Friday is going to be a big fixture for both Saints and Wigan, for a number of reasons.

I couldn't agree more. I said the same to somebody the other day I'm a near 30 year veteran and the recent good times make you forget the hunger and excitement of previous years. It's nice to go into a game hoping and not expecting to win.

I think many must be thinking the same as Friday's atmosphere was one of the best I've experienced for ages.

We've managed to get a few wins against easy teams but defensively we're still not at the show and there is loads of room for improvement in that area.
