Despite which players were missing for Saints, ask any Wigan fan, and they will tell you (if being honest) they have been sh*tting it all week, and not at all confident! Saints have a great crop of youngster, in the first team and coming through.....yes the likes of Cunningham will be missed, but one day someone else will step into his role who will blow everyone away!! St Helens are a team, that whoever they have in their side, will be resilient, entertaining, and wont know when theyre beaten!! For these reasons Saints have nothing to be worried about!! And I agree with the original post....you'll be hurting now, but you'll most definately be back. To play the majority of the season without a regular half back pairing, combined with all the other injuries you've had, and still get to the Grand final speaks volumes about your club and players.....be proud and chins up....see you at Old Trafford next year....(gulp hope so).

Corrected.

Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. Who needs flankers' grammar was actually correct.

HTH.

Why? Is Shaun "over-rated" O'Loughlin retiring too?

Never seen him smash people's heads in with Cunningham's forearm.

Funny thing to imagine, though. Got visions of Cunningham being dragged around the field by the arm (leaving furrows behind, obviously) by O'Loughlin...

Ha

Farrel's already better than any of Saints backrowers barring Tony P.

You all rave'd about Soliola but in all honesty all he's capable of are big hit's. As for doing the work of a backrower he's sh*te.

Saints will have a great frontrow next year (assuming Graham goes back to playing prop as opposed to standoff). But in the backrow your p*ss poor even with Tony P, who's now the Saints equivalent of Feka only managing a few minutes at a time before gassing.

Chill out you idiot.

I agree our backrows are rubbish and the ginger one is prob better than the likes of wilkin but they ain't top class.

Tony p is mostly used as prop and has been awesome this year as most pies was saying he was one of the players they fear before the grand final.

I think your a little harsh on sia, he's been out nearly all year and not played much rugby for past 18 month.

Maybe you'll see how hard it is for players to come back from a serious injurys when richards returns in about 6 month.
