Just taking it a bit further whats the difference between a knock on and a charge down??

I've seen incidents given as both on different days so how is the ref supposed to differenciate between the two?

I think for it to be a charge down the ball has to have been kicked and still be going upwards when you block it. If it's on its way down it's a knock on.
