I suppose if Shenton's injury is that serious, Senior could offer us cover for a year.

I didn't say it was true, just something I heard mentioned. It's off season, there will be plenty of rumours.

What cover could a has-been crock provide us at centre for Shenton? We have options to play a backline of Makinson, Gardner, Meli, Foster...Wheeler can play centre, Lomax can cover with Gaskell and Lance in halves or could even move Wello into centre and stick Lance at 1 with Lomaskell at halves...

Failing that also have Flannery or Soliola that can move from back row into centre if needed.

Any one of these would be a better option than Senior...if we were going to look at an over-the-hill injury prone has been, why not go full hog and sign Newlove for a year as cover??

Martin Gleeson on trial I heard today in work. About as likely as Alex Murphy returning but who knows.

Senior has made enough noise about the interest in him for Leeds to make him another offer, which I think is what he wanted all along.

Cant see McManus touching Gleeson with a barge pole tbh, especially with his personal problems at the minute...but that said would be a better option than Senior

According to the Leeds site Senior has signed for Leeds again on a pay as you play deal.

Griffin signing for Leeds is official as well (but someone might have already pointed that out, Im not sure).
