I'd be willing to take a bit of a risk and put Flannery in the centres, move Wilkin to the back row and slot Wheeler in at stand-off. It's not an ideal solution (Flanners is - at best - a competent centre), but it would be useful to assess Wheeler & Eastmond as a SL partnership in what is a lower-risk fixture. I'm only talking about one match here. Anything longer would put unneeded pressure on young shoulders. But we know Wheeler's future may well be at stand-off and Potter might learn a thing or two about this partnership's potential. Plus it gives Wheeler extra experience and us possible options should we hit any more injuries this season.

Totally agree with you there.

However I honestly don't think MP has the guts to do it.

I suspect he'll stick with the previous weeks with minimum change. Wheeler in for Gidley and basically the same line-up plus Clough returning for Fozzard

We need get our Points Diff up

A full strength side should do that, then rest them against the Frenchists

I'd probably agree with you if Gidley was in, but Flannery and Dean in the centres would give us no attacking threat out wide at all, rather than no attacking threat on just one side.

Toulouse 'The Frenchies' as you call them will probably be harder to beat than the quins. They are no walkovers and to treat them likely could be our downfall.
