For me he was doing well for us in the first few games of the season. He was allowing Graham to be rotated more responsibly than we have been doing in previous seasons and the extra solidity was bringing the best out of Maurie, who could be used as an impact prop again.

All of a sudden he's gone from the squad, the 19 man squad too, not just the 17. I've not read anything about him being injured anywhere? If he's been dropped it's a strange one as he's better from the bench than any of the kids are.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has an injury, the Saints site said we were at full strength for the Warrington game but we obviously weren't as Wheeler is injured.

Either that, or we are saving him for the Easter period.

Whilst i like Fozzy as an individual and also a rugby league player, he hasn't been effective this season.

Bryn and Maurie have done well from the bench, and i think the selection is correct.

Just not getting picked, he is a true pro and will bide his time. We have a heavy schedule coming up so nice to have a shed full of big men to choose from !

It would be a big mistake if we let him go, IMO. He may not be first choice at the minute but that's all credit to Hargreaves who's been playing very well. If we let him go and suffer one injury to our front row, we would really be struggling then. Fozzard also adds compeition, its now upto him to play his way back into the side when he gets his chance. If we are letting him go, i really hope we have a replacements lined up, but thats unlikely at this stage of the season.

If he gets released just why did we sign him in the first place?
