Another problem seemed to be that Fusitua was simply getting less ball than the backs on our left flank. Hopefully Smith will address this in the new season.

Smith seems to want the halfbacks playing together and on both sides of the field. That will help the right edge. Mind you it would also be good if Newman looks to pass a bit more.

I have been told by Harry himself that he is fine and this info about his hammy going again is rubbish. He's on track.

Good news about Newman, horrible luck for young Simpson. ACL's pretty much a season-ending injury if that's what it is.

Yeah, it is a real shame especially given how well he had been training in the off-season and the shape he'd got himself in. He is still very young though so he has plenty of time on his side to come back from it.
