Can't really tell these days, what with points percentage, postponements left right and centre. You end up in a situation where some teams have played less games, against easier teams than others and thus have a better points percentage.

That's a bit strong. Most administrators are doing their best within the situation they have been dealt.

The % call is a farce straight win/loss with a minimum of 20 games played should be the way ahead.

Yep the win % wasn’t a great concept in hindsight. It incentivises the wrong attitude.

It just keeps chipping away at the integrity of the sport, week by week, far from ideal.

There will no doubt be excuses trotted out but to have 17(?) games postponed so far is completely unacceptable for a professional sport.

It is frustrating, but a very difficult for a game without the financial backing to create "bubbles" to counteract. Will just have to struggle through this year as best we can and hope for a real renaissance in 2022. That said I'll be fuming if Cas suddenly manage to turn out a full strength side to face us after we have played Hull on Thurs and Wire on Sunday

Reckon Covid impact will continue all season. I wonder how many players across SL have been vaccinated, I suspect the figure will be relatively low.

I know of 2 cas players with Covid, neither have had a jab and won’t have one. Not having a go at cas as I think this will not be uncommon.

Sometimes I read something about Covid and it strikes me just how crazy a world we're living in compared to before the pandemic. You would never have believed people will be commonly walking around wearing masks, or isolating, or so many becoming ill with a virus like this.

Yeah, it’s like in those kind of sci-fi skits where you have a crazy alternate timeline/reality/parallel universe where everything’s weird.
