Allow mclelland to play behind a full strength pack and alongside an experienced halves partner otherwise they’re making a contract decision without seeing the full picture or giving the lad a chance. Leeming is a 9, mclelland is a (now) fit half, play them there. T Briscoe was poor in the earlier part of the year and to my mind his performances were rightly judged, he’s improved of late though especially his work load and errors.
