Yep, Myler's ability to slot into attacks is very good. Better than blinding pace alone imo. Very much looking forward to seeing sezer in the blue and amber too.
Sezer is a fine player, but isn’t he an organising half, similar to Luke Gale. Just an opinion that Leeds needed a running off half. No mischief intended.
It's a fair point though having seen long and agar coach through some nightmare half back selections this year I'm pretty confident they'll devise an effective attacking platform, assuming they have the luxury of players staying fit
One option might be to use Walker/Myler from the bench, which would give us two styles of attacking full back. That would hinge on one of the nines being fit enough to do 80 minutes pretty much every week, but other nines at other clubs seem to manage.
I actually think Walker will be back up next year, I think we'll sign another full back or go with Myler, so we can give Walker a year to develop physically. He's been in the first team for 4 or 5 years, but has never had a pre season, so he's never had the chance to build his frame, or improve his speed.

Agar did mention in an interview going for a utility back but I dont know whether he meant with sezer or instead of sezer.if they still go down that route let's hope it's a quality player and not just another sutcliffe.
For those questioning the organising/running half difference, I actually don't think we'll play that way. I think we'll split the halves left field and right field, rather than the traditional first/second receiver. I think that's what most teams tend to do now tbh.
I think this is going to be the time for Leeming to step up. He'll constantly have to choose between giving it to Gale or Sezer. Gale already goes mental when he doesn't pass to him!
Let's hope Sezer's injury heals up well enough in time for a proper pre-season. Seem to remember Ian Watson saying he could miss the rest of the year after picking up an injury in the exiles game.
We lost too much momentum at the start if this year due to not having half backs over pre-season - we really need some luck here going into next year (or, no more bad luck).
