Aren't all players vaccinated anyway? You would think in order to keep sports going there would be some priority there, not just in RL.
Now they've lowered the age range they will be vaccinated very shortly and hopefully this situation won't happen again. Agree with the above Jim, it shows it's on the rise again as well. Thankfully millions have been vaccinated so the impact won't be as much but still there's several million not yet had one jab and many more millions not had their second.
Not getting political here but the Gov have let this new variant into this country through air travel just as we were unlocking... shambles.
