Some good try's scored by the 16's and 17's over there 2 games with London.
Jack Sinfield scoring and creating trys for fun, also kicked a couple of 40/20's over the 2 games, the one on sunday was huge, more like a 30/20...I know comparisons arnt fair, but if theyr there theyr there...His kicking motion out of hand is almost identical to his dads, if you didnt know better, you would swear it was a young Kev kicking the 40/20 on sunday. Superb young talent.
Jack Smith, a young centre from Fev Lions, now Heworth since his Fev lions team folded, seems to be playing well and making breaks, he's a big lad but iv had my doubts over his Athleticism, looks to be developing well in that area...Played Union until u14's. Needs to keep developing as Max Simpson the year above him and Lloyd M Peters and Sonny Pattinson the year below him are 3 excellent talents at Centre.
Pleased to hear from Marty that Gatus went well again, i mentioned Spear and Davies in the Academy thread as for me, our best 2 players against the Aussie tourists a couple year ago. I think Davies does everything right, but as Marty says, he needs a growth spurt, Spear looks like he's had one...Interested to see how he develops.
