I'd say King deserves to retain his place too.

I'd leave Gannon out this week and take him nice and gradual. Hull have a big pack, hes proved his worth let him step out of firing line, play in next 19s game and then step back up again.

We want Morgan to be Leeds captain well into his 30s.

Big shout there Marty but he looks a fantastic prospect.

Very reminiscent of Morley when you just knew he would make it straight away.

This is the most physical young pack I think we've had. I can see every one of these lads (exception of O'Connor) being 120kgs.

Probably agree with you in doubts over hooker but couldn't be much happier with the others and with more coming through. There are another couple from the academy I think will catch the eye this year.

I see your point and i'm generally quite cautious about rushing young forwards but he played so well last week and has done in the past that i'm sure he can handle it.I wouldnt be looking at playing him every week but i like to play those in form.I've said it before as others have Gannon and Walters have the potential to be an awesome second row pairing.

we dont have a big pack

the only big guys in our forwards are Satae and Sao
We are also playing with probably two of the smallest forwards in S/L with Cator and Lane. Both good players and work very hard but not big
Our bench is also lightweight with replacement prop Fash again small and Brown may get a game this week.Young 20 year old prop mobile but small.
Until we get Taylor and Bowden back we will get bullied in the pack just like Catalans did to us.

I have become , comfortably numb.

Re: RD 7 | Hull FC (H) : Wed May 19, 2021 3:41 pm
I think Leeds have a real chance against us in this one. With Taylor and Bowden missing, our very skinny squad depth is definitely biting us .I think the Satae and Oledzki battle will be quite interesting though, both have looked impressive this year and Oledzki, for me , is the best young prop in our game, really hope we can sneak this but it is not based on any confidence, particularly after our most recent display against Catalans, which was a huge anti climax for the fans who attended,

Big Mik has been great this year yes.

Leeds might get on top of Hull a bit but unfortunately that’s where is ends. We really are lacking at half back. Should be a good game though I expect both sides to be better than on their last outings

PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT!

Re: RD 7 | Hull FC (H) : Thu May 20, 2021 3:20 pm
Myler
Hall
Hurrell
Sutcliffe
Handley
Sinfield
Gale
Oledzki
Leeming
Oledzki
Mellor
Gannon
Prior/Tetevano

Other subs: Dwyer, Vuniyayawa, O'Connor

Obviously a little bit tongue in cheek, but things aren't good. We could easily lose next 4 games.

Yep we have no one to put anyone through a gap apart from maybe Myler playing at full back and coming into the line
