Clearly put more timber on from last season. From the highlights I was impressed how fast and nimble he is too though... How on earth doed he do it? I'm feeling really sorry for him though as I think the club will look at his conditioning more for the new deal, rather than exactly what he brings to the team.. I think I'd keep him on big money just as he is to be honest. He's our only threat most of time....

Yes mate, he’s an easy target for criticism, because he’s marquee and we expect him to win games single-handedly for us. Agree, he’s still a threat, maybe not as much as when he first came over. But we should keep him for 2 more years, just not on marquee money. Time for Broadbent to develop as well.
Cricket! Recruiting now for the 2024 season. if you are interested in getting involved as a player, supporter or sponsor, please get in touch. https://headingleybramhopecricket.co.uk/
He's the sort of player you should be working out how to get the best out of, and how to launch him.
He's a devasting runner, you want the platform to give it to him at the right time, and then have support runners looking for the offload.
If you think back in the day we had the likes of Rob, Danny, Brent screaming up in support of whoever had punched a hole in the line, granted they were all rapid, but it's not rocket science as a tactic but very effective.
I wouldn't try abd known his contracy down. Feels a bit cheap to me and giving him wrong message. Think we need to value what he brings more.... Id one of best marquee signings SL has. I'd hate to loose him...!
There are reasons he isn't in the NRL any more and those are his fitness levels and his error rate. He's a very frustrating player but is still influential in our team so yes we probably will want to keep him. But the money being paid will have to come down, especially when the club will almost certainly have had to reduce the total playing budget.

Let's be honest, if he were that good he wouldn't be here would he. He's still one of best centres in SL....

Quite, the time of NRL top standard players coming over here has sadly long gone.
What youve said about him there is probably true of 99% of imports in SL, ironically we have got one of the 1% of those players in Tetevano in my opinion

Yeah completely agree with that. Yet our recruitment decisions are shocking apparently...!

Yeh agree. Despite the big investments in NRL forwards at Hull, Saints and Hudds, I wouldn’t swap any of them for Tetevano or Prior.
