I still think we'll begin the turnaround against Wakey - no disrespect but our pack should get on top of theirs and if we have half-backs, we should be back in business.
We must get out and stay out of relegation trouble this year. It's the last thing we need to get pulled back into panic decisions and survival mode. We need to establish safety and then we can focus on the longer-game of preparing for a real push in 2022.
We need the freedom to pick players in order to have a good look at them and decide on whether to retain them, and the freedom not to have to push others back on the field too soon if they're injured. We also need as a club to be playing half decent so if a Shaun Johnson is tempted to look, we don't look like a total basket case like we have in recent years.
