Always thought Phil Ford was a letdown for Leeds despite that cover tackle. He was far more consistent at Northern.

Mike O'Neil is a good shout.

As for Goulding he was a great player and could've been a star for Leeds had it not been for his temperament and dislike for Dougie's car.

John Lyons, John Basnett (and anyone else we signed from Widnes) , Ray Ashton, Phil Fox, "Basil" Rathbone, Andy Mason, The Jeffasaurus, George Mann, I could go on and on and on.

Rathbone was unlucky to break his jaw on debut. Had he stayed fit he could've been that missing piece of the jigsaw in 87/88 as without him Leeds lacked any mongrel

Richie Eyres we signed from widnes for i think about 120k back in 1993 , always thought he was playing for leeds for the money only
