Next up will be a tough one with Lui getting a head knock which rules him out until Sunday. Hurrell, Prior, Myler and Briscoe missing through COVID. Holroyd and Newman out for the season. Hopefully Leeming is not ruled out through injury too.

We could either be playing Castleford on Friday and Wigan on Monday, or Catalan in a play off eliminator if they go with the old top six structure.

In an unfair, weird season, Catalan have only played 4 games out of 8 v Saints, Wigan, Wire and us and only won the game where we played the reserves.

It's going to be an interesting meeting and decision whether they stick with top 4 or extend it. Moot point for us really

Are we still playing Cas Friday? Im not entirely sure how it all works and I dont think anyone is but havent our 4 players had to isolate for 14 days due to the 13 positive tests at Cas ruling them out until Tuesday after next? Is it different if you actually test positive, ie shorter timescale because youve actually got it. Meaning Cas will have all those players back, if they test negative. Or are they all out for 14 days also, in which case, Cas squad isnt big enough to play is it?

I’m hearing Cas are being investigated over the 12 Covid positive tests. Aledged major breaking of protocols. Could be interesting

Been told they were all in a boozer on Saturday night before the game on Monday. A friend of a friend spotted them, could be rubbish but you never know.
