Must be a nightmare trying to manage signings behind the scenes. Players drifting in and out of form, injuries, personal indiscretions which need sorting out - then you're waiting for answers of good players who might come in, you lose one because the first one takes too long to decide, and then doesn't come anyway... who'd be a Director of Rugby?

Agree, not an easy task at all but one they need to get right as I think we’re at a pivotal moment for the club, some excellent young players a great shiny redeveloped stadium and a fair few average players coming off contract.. potentially if we get this right it could set us up for a successful next decade..
