I think some of our fans don't understand the impact this pandemic has had. We also have to deal with a 25% drop in TV revenue, and have to start repaying the government loan in 18 months time, all of this where we have no crowds and have a stadium to pay for.
Anyway, Leeds won't pay a fee for Trueman because he's planning on going to the NRL in 2023, so paying a fee wouldn't be worth it for just one season, it's nothing to do with GH being a cheapskate!

why not pull out the checkbook and go for Williams then? Hes not going to the NRL anytime soon

We've tried. Agar has spoken to his dad who he knows well. Williams wants to go back to his local area.

Phil Caplin as good as confirmed last night on Forty20 podcast that We are very interested in bringing in Austin but only if Warrington are going to pay/contribute towards his wages
