no, but chelsea harvest young players and rarely do any break through.they prefer foreign big names. he could easily run his contract down and move, or just demand a move if he chooses. he was good for wba last year. a great deputy for phillips

I see him more as competition for Dallas, I don't think he's a defensive midfielder from what I've seen. If he does sign, I think it won't take him long to force his way into the first 11, he's a excellent player.

Looks like he has 4 years left on his contract, so a long time to run down. I guess there could be a plan, use him short term until our own youngsters are ready. My only worry is we get someone, Bielsa improves him, then he goes back to Chelsea.

Not seen anything of Gallagher, Jack, but from what you’re saying he sounds a talent. I’d personally like us to sign a permanent 8 who gives us extra creativity and goals in final 3rd.

He looked good last year in a struggling team and has some grit as well as skill in him.
Might put pressure on Klich who could lose his place to him quite easily enough.

Disappointed to see Leif Davis go out on loan with a view to a permanent move.
If Firmo gets injured it looks like Dallas will move to LB which I know he can play there but Davis could have slotted in as a natural LB.

Hmm strange one that. We’re still 3 short on making improvements on last year imo too. Season not that far off now I’d like us to be getting a couple in with a week or two of pre season down them
