too early yet in a fragmented season.
games between the bottom 12 or 14 will be decided by fine margins.
in this case the abject failure of the referee to dismiss doucoure when leeds were 1 up and the fact bamford needs 10 chances to score a goal

I'm more worried about the lack of impact to come off the bench. You don't really look at it and see a game changer on there. There's some good young players, but they can't be relied on when you need to change the tempo or control midfield

Agree. This is why we needed another good exp striker. Also with no Foreshaw on the bench, lack some exp there

That`s a valid point about Bamford needing a number of chances to score.
He had one good season when he scored what 15 or so goals.
But even before he got injured he wasn`t good enough in my opinion.
For a PL striker his first touch lets him down and he struggles to control the ball to get his shot in.
Also agree once again our opponents should have had a player sent off.
Is that twice now this season? And Sinestera had it been reffed properly would not have got 2 yellows.
It`s those fine margins that can get you relegated.

My thoughts on Sinistera are that the ref could have helped with the second booking.
Yes by rights a booking but had the ref asked the attacking team to wait until the player moved the 10 yards like most refs do. He would not have got the booking.
Lots of players defending the free kick either stand in front of the ball or within the 10.
The ref does not penalise them he asks them to move away hence my view and comment that if it was reffed properly with a bit of leniency he would not have got the second yellow.
