I did say possibly.
and while you can't polish a turd it helps if you have a coach who actually does know what he's doing. still nice to see some still rate him

If so, we need to get cracking and tie Arthur down for at least a year. Could soon be a number of coaching vacancies in SL and if Wellens does get the chop at Saints they will be a big attraction.

I keep coming back to my point that you can’t polish a t*d, and I think our recruitment is at the root of our problems. Article on love rugby league today which I don’t agree with in terms of conclusions, but it certainly isn’t a list of players to set the pulse racing.

Whilst I agree you cannot polish a t*rd.
I do think some of his signings have been questionable which hasn`t helped his cause.
That and his passive defence were his undoings.
Most coaches however would have been delighted to get Croft and Ackers into their team.

We need props, quota spots are better utilised in that area
