Another thing Myler lacks (and I'm not having a go at him as he has been good for us), is pace. Having someone with the afterburners out the back is really useful.
In the old days we had several players who were a chance at long-range scores from the back if they made a break, the current side really lacks that (think Johnstone running through us like a knife through butter in recent years...).
Handley's reasonable but pretty much the entire back line otherwise is centre pace at best, with our half backs and current FB slower still. That's one reason I'd quite like Tindall to come through because he is rapid and evasive.
