I watched the podcast with Langley this morning. I think it could well be him. He's a good communicator and has done a decent apprenticeship. Matt Peat has shown you don't need a big name if you're groomed correctly into the position.
I'm not sure how long he has had coaching in RL, but if it is only this coming season, then I would prefer for him to remain as assistant a little longer before potentially giving him the role.
